Got to wrap it up here

We are nearing the time when we must depart from the farm and head for Miller, SD, and Sunshine Bible Academy. We have a few things to wrap up but it has been sooooooooooooooo hot we have not been able to work more than a few hours at a time. Here are a few of the things we are trying to finish.

When pressure washing the house I took off all the paint on the trim.  So, more of my favorite work, painting.

After digging a big hole to set a 1,000 gallon septic tank, there was a lot of dirt left over.  The man who put the tank in place spread and leveled it all making the pad larger.  However, with all that fresh dirt, the next rain will take it all to the Mississippi.  Solution, errosion control mats.  Lacking any premade mats, we found rolls of burlap at Lowe's and after mowing a bit of the CRP grass and spreading it on the hill we have ready made errosion mats.

Ta Ta!  Completed and sprinkled.

Meanwhile, the job supervisor is caught up in another book!
