Of course the weather has to remind us that we are still in SD. Keep in mind here that our heat pump will not work below 35. When we got up this morning the heat pump had already locked itself out and the floor of our home was 57 degrees.
Now it was off to St. Lukes in Aberdeen to be equipped with the latest fashion in operational gowns.
Then we have to be "marked" for a block (really the surgeon couldn't remember which shoulder he was supposed to work on) and then the "ROOM".
After a lovely trip back to home we had to get everything set up so the patient (and we use that term loosely) could go nightey-night.
God Bless you Brother and I pray your recovery will be swift and complete. I hope for the very best for you and Billie as you head south, however I do hope you have to scape at least a little ice off the windshield before you get out of South Dakota :), The Stee's
ReplyDeleteThinking of you and praying for healing. How is the patient doing? Hope to connect before you head south! Love, Steve and Monica
ReplyDeleteThe picture looks like they finally found a way to contain you. Be a good patient and follow your therapists suggestions and with prayer you will have a complete recovery. We are thinking of you and praying for you daily. We still plan to see you before your journey to the southern area. The Zirbel's love you a lot--God Bless
ReplyDeleteHey folks Hope all is well and the patient is behaving. It is starting to get a little cooler here, and we are having to close the windows at night. Also had to put the blanket on the bed. Took some pictures on our trip to Las Cruces. Will send them as soon as I have them downloaded. As soon as you get back to civilization we can start skyping again. Roo
